Sample Reel
The Basic Modeling Techniques

There are three catagories of projects in this class: Special FX, Compositing, and Environmenl. Together they form the basis of your 3D Animation and Modeling reel. A reel is what you show potential clients and/or employers. The reel can be uploaded to the web (YouTube, Behance, FaceBook etc.) as well as burned onto a DVD/CD. Your reel is always a work in progress: that is, you never stop changing, adding to it and makng it better!

These three catagories integrate most of the basic skills you will need to be a sucessful 3D artist. Take a moment to look at the samples. Use these as inspiration to create your own animations. Remember clients hire you for your creativity as well as your skills.
